AI Balloon Archer (TABS) Voice

It looks like a Wobbler with a 1300s style hat and tunic that have stripes. Its bow is different from the regular Archer's bow, being colored light grey with what appears to be pieces of leather wrapped around in a few places, as well as team colored leather around the handle. The arrows also have a team colored ball behind the arrowhead, which disappear on hit and appear to expand into balloons.
