Chiya Ujimatsu (宇治松 千夜?) is a main character of the Is the Order a Rabbit? manga as well as the anime. Her family runs their own café, called Ama Usa An, which has its own rabbit mascot, her pet rabbit Anko. Chiya is a soft-spoken girl with a genteel demeanour and a penchant for formality and tradition. She is always in a spacy mood, preferring to keep things peaceful and enjoyable with a bit of mischief. Behind the ladylike veil, Chiya possesses many idiosyncracies. She finds pleasure in giving the sweets of Ama Usa An rococo names such as "Red Jewel in a Snowy Field" and "Moon and Stars Reflected Upon the Sea". She also enjoys scary stories and disturbing others at times, and she dreams of becoming a samurai. She is shown to enjoy teasing her friends once in a while.
