General Kai

General Kai is the main villain in Kung Fu Panda 3. Once Master Oogway’s ally, he turned evil after becoming obsessed with stealing chi to gain power. Banished to the Spirit Realm, he returned centuries later as a powerful warrior, turning kung fu masters into jade "jombies." Strong, arrogant, and vengeful, Kai aims to erase Oogway’s legacy—until Po defeats him by mastering chi through unity and selflessness.
