Referral program terms

1. About these terms

These terms cover the Jammable referral program (the "Program"), run by Jammable Limited ("Jammable", "we", "us"). By claiming a referral code you agree to them, as well as to Jammable's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which still apply to your account.

2. Who can join

You need a Jammable account in good standing and must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use Jammable where you live if that is higher. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and may need to receive payouts on your behalf.

3. Your code and link

You choose one referral code. It can't be changed later. A visit through your link (any jammable.com link with your code after ?ref=, or after one of the other link styles shown on /earn) is remembered for 30 days on that device. Someone counts as your referral if they create their account within that time, or add your code on the page shown right after their first subscription payment, within 7 days of it.

A referral belongs to the first code it was recorded with. You can't refer yourself or another account you own or control.

4. Commission

You earn 20% of each subscription payment your referral makes during the 3 months starting from their first paid subscription payment. Commission is worked out on the amount actually paid, excluding tax, and is counted in the currency they paid in. One-off purchases such as credit packs, free trials and $0 invoices don't earn commission.

No commission is earned on a payment made with a card that is also saved on your own Jammable account.

5. Holds, refunds and disputes

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment before it can be paid out. If the payment is refunded or disputed, its commission is cancelled. If that commission was already paid to you, the same amount is taken off your later payouts. If we win a dispute, the commission is restored.

6. Payouts

We pay commission that has cleared its hold once a month, by PayPal, to the email you give us, when you have at least $25 (or about the same in another currency) ready to pay. Smaller balances roll over to the next month. Payouts are sent in the currency the commission was earned in, unless we agree otherwise with you. You're responsible for giving us a correct PayPal email, for any PayPal fees on your side, and for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask for information we need to pay you or to meet our legal obligations, and may hold payouts until we have it.

7. What you can't do

• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link where it isn't welcome.
• Create fake accounts, or use bots, scripts or other automated sign-ups.
• Offer cash, gifts or anything else of value in return for sign-ups or subscriptions, or pay people to use your code.
• Make false or misleading claims about Jammable, its prices or what it can do, or imply that Jammable endorses you.
• Bid on "Jammable" or similar terms in search or social ads, or run ads that send traffic to Jammable.
• Pretend to be Jammable or its staff, or use our logos in a way that suggests you are us.
• Break any law or anyone else's rights when promoting Jammable.

8. Fraud and ending your participation

If we reasonably believe a referral or commission came from fraud, self-referral or a breach of these terms, we may withhold or cancel that commission, take back commission already paid, and remove you from the Program. You can leave at any time by contacting us; commission that has already cleared its hold will still be paid.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or end the Program. We'll tell you before a change takes effect, and you may need to accept the new terms to keep earning. Commission earned before a change is paid under the terms that applied when it was earned.

10. Liability and contact
