Fedora Perry The Female Fedora Tipping Platypus, code named Agent FP, is “The Dramatic Cute Entertainment” younger sister to Perry and a female secret agent for the O.W.C.A(The Organization Without a Cool Acronym) a government agency of animal spies. In the Agency, her immediate superior is Major Monogram. When speaking normally in English, her voice is cool, calm, collected, and high pitched. She made her first official appearance in Phineas and Ferb Get Busted! Her species are platypus, half dream demon, and half siren. As a dream demon, she wears a black bow tie around her neck and a black top hat on top of her fedora. As a siren, she has a siren pendant which is cyan and she has cyan siren wings. She is voiced by Tiffany Hefflinger/Tiffany Westfall and when she's singing, she is voiced by Christina Vee.
