AI Rika Seto (D4DJ) Voice

Seto Rika (瀬戸リカ?) is a character in the D4DJ franchise and the leader of the group Merm4id. Holding "Life's too short not to have fun!" as her motto, Rika leads a positive university life. She loves to dance and sing with her friends at parties. She starts her DJ activities with her best friend Marika along with Saori and Dalia who she met by chance at a club. She is a gifted individual who overcomes anything with luck and charm. Rika is an active individual who always looks on the bright side of conditions, in contrast with her polar opposite Saori. Described as "The Life of the Party in Merm4id", she can bring anyone into her fun sprees with her charismatic personality, and particularly gets along with the high-spirited members of the other units. Although one could assume that she is nothing but a wild party animal, especially due to her reputation around the campus, in reality Rika is highly empathetic. This feature of her personality was dedicated to the 5th episode of All Mix, during which Rika first inadvertently loaded Saori with difficult cases of organizing a collaboration with a foreign DJ, and then, sincerely caring for her well-being, was able to provide an impressive help to the former in solving problems that arose. After the events of Merm4id's side:origin story, Rika eventually grows out of forcing others into her whims and learns to respect their boundaries, especially with Saori. Though she's still down to give other people fun experiences, she now wants to repay those who accept her as she is by giving them the same freedom to be themselves. She also becomes more mindful about not stealing the spotlight or causing trouble for others. For example, she invited Saori to come out of her bubble and swim with her and the others at the beach, but ultimately respected Saori's choice to remain on the shore.
