Zaharuddin Kamaruddin (born 20 November 1962) or better known as Ayai Illusi is a famous singer in Malaysia who hails from Johor Bahru , Johor . He began his career as a singer after participating in the reality competition Bintang RTM in 1986, then joined the group Illusi in 1988. He is also the older brother of Mohd Halim Kamaruddin, a replacement vocalist for the group Ekamatra when the group competed in the finals of Juara Lagu 1990 .
